Got the new clutch and installed. But it was not the cause. I had forgotten to install the sidestand switch so every time i changed gear the moter died.
So installed the switch and now it works perfectly... (felt so stupid but worked it out in the end) least i have a new clutch [emoji4]

So now it is nearly finished. Some fine tuning but nearly completed.

Have made some small additions to the bike.

1.. I had to purchase an new fuel tap as the orginal one was leaking from the diaphragm joint. So picked one up for a Raptor pefect fit and only cost a fraction of the cost of the repair kit from the orginal. Downside i will need to remember to turn it off after each use..
Hi there fellow Aussie, can I ask what model Raptor was it that the fuel tap came from? I really need a new fuel tap filters but might change the whole assembly because I can't find those little white pipes that go in the fuel tank any where.
Thanks

Wow. Great build and phenomenal barn find.
This is my first post and you last build mirrors where I am going from a 50 dollar gumtree pick up. If you bail on the barn find message me.
