Ok so I didnt really have to restore it or fix almost anything but I'm changing stuff up, blacked out widscreen and headers. removed the SECA II decals and added a few Yamaha ones. Also added bar end mirrors (not in this pic) and soon to come V&H system with K&N filter and rejetted. I also bought vinyl and am making some decals as well. I'm kinda going for an R6 type graphics.... we'll see how that turns out.

What it looked like when I first bought it.

After I blacked out the windscreen and repainted the headers,

I dont have any pictures of it with some of the graphics and the bar ends on but I'll put some up soon

That's a good looking bike. It's incredibly clean. You'll have to get out on the open road and get some shots of it in it's natural habitat! ;)

Ok so I'm in a pickle, I wanna switch up the paint on my bike. But the paint is in such nice condition that I dont want to ruin it if i screw it up. I wanna go with a paint job similar to this but not as intricate.

Image

I'm thinking of a black and dark green and tan scheme

What do you all think. YOu can see above how clean the bike is

That gixxer gives me dirty thoughts.

You can never mess up the paint, just take it down and retry.
